Documents required from each applicant including children:

1. Certified copy of valid passports.
2. Schengen Visa.
3. Three (3) original passport-sized photographs.
4. Health Insurance Document - An international health insurance document confirming full coverage in a Greek government hospital, medical care expenses, explicitly applicable in Greece, covering the person(s) as long as they reside in Greece. Officially translated into English or Greek and certified by the Greek Consulate in the place of residence.
5. Original extract of the birth register or certified copy of birth certificates with official translation into Greek or English and legalized/notarized by the Greek Consulate (two copies required for the main applicant - the name of the main applicant’s father must appear in case there is no family register).
6. Medical travel insurance - Valid for at least the duration of the Greek tourist visa (one year). Must cover medical care costs and medical repatriation, valid in all Schengen Area countries for the duration of the visa.
7. Flight reservation for visiting Greece (not required to be issued).
8. Proof of accommodation from a hotel or an invitation letter from a relative or friend to prove the destination and purpose of the trip.

Documents required only from the main applicant:

1. Official utility bill - Must show the address of residence. Officially translated into English or Greek and certified by the Greek Consulate in the place of residence.
2. Proof of employment or personal company and income - An official document proving the applicant's work address, type of work, and annual income. Officially translated into English or Greek and certified by the Greek Consulate in the place of residence.
3. Bank statements for the last 6 months.
4. Documents required only if spouses apply together: Original extract of marriage register or certified copy of marriage certificates with official translation into Greek or English and legalization/apostille by the Greek Consulate.
5. Certified copy of divorce certificate with official translation into Greek or English and legalization/apostille by the Greek Consulate (if applicable)."
