Original excerpt of marriage record or certified copy of marriage certificates with Official Portuguese or English translation and legalized/ Apostilled by the Portuguese Consulate in the Country of issuance
Certified copy of divorce certificate with Official Portuguese or English translation and legalized/ Apostilled by the Portuguese Consulate in Country of issuance (if applicable).
