Documents required from each applicant including children:
- Applicants must establish a company in Hungary in order to apply for the residency by investment.
- All valid travel documents in scanned format, passports (all pages),identification cards, and/or residency cards.
- Two passport pictures.
- CV of the applicants who are employed.
- Source of wealth documentation which shows from where applicant's funds originate, for instance, sales of a property , inheritance, and dividend payments.
- Marriage Certificates, notarized and apostilled, and translated into English if needed.
- Birth certificate, if there are any children.
Documents required only from the main applicant:
- A bank letter stating that the applicant has sufficient means to survive in Hungary.
- Original and a copy of the documents proving sufficient own financial means, or proof of a regular source of income for the investor and the family members.
