2. All documents must be issued in the last 3 months.
3. All required copies of documents must be clear to display all information.
4. All required documents must be submitted to the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) by an authorized licensed agent such as InvestGC.
5. InvestGC's specialized legal team will handle all translation, certification, translation and apostille drawing.

• Without sunglasses. Prescription glasses may be worn provided the eyes are visible and you are looking directly at the camera with eyes open and no hair covering or obscuring the eyes unless it is due to religious covering.
• Taken against a clear white background without shadows.
• With a neutral expression (no smiling or frowning) and mouth closed.
• Real, unaltered photos.
• Approximately 35 × 45 mm in size, good quality and on high-quality paper.
• All six photos must be identical in all aspects with two photos certified as a true likeness of the person.
• One of the uncertified photos must be attached to the Medical Examination Certificate (SL8).

Can I submit my application directly to the Citizenship by Investment Program in Saint Lucia?

No, the applicant must go through a licensed Authorized Agent who will submit the application(s) on your behalf. InvestGC is a licensed Authorized Agent by Saint Lucia (License number PM85OG020223).

How long does it take to process my citizenship application?

From the date your Authorized Agent is notified that your application is accepted for processing, it will take about ninety (90) days for citizenship to be granted. In case there are exceptional circumstances leading to a delay in processing your application, your Authorized Agent will be directly informed by the Citizenship by Investment Program in Saint Lucia.

In what language must my supporting documents be?

All supporting documents must be presented in their original language, "English". If the original language of the supporting document is not English, you must present the document in its original language and in the required format (original or true certified copy) along with a certified translation into English.

After being granted citizenship, will the Citizenship by Investment Program

issue me a Saint Lucian passport?

No - upon notification of the grant of citizenship, the Citizenship by Investment Program will issue a Registration Certificate. Subsequently, the Authorized Agent (or another authorized person by the new citizen) will apply to the Immigration Department for a Saint Lucian passport on their behalf.
